Who we are
Wealth Rishta Financial Services (Proprietor: Sagar Agrawal) is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor, ARN-367739, valid 12 Aug 2026 – 05 Aug 2029, and is IRDAI registered for insurance distribution.
Nature of our services
We distribute mutual fund schemes and insurance products. We are not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser, and any guidance we give is incidental to distribution. We do not hold client money: all payments go directly to the mutual fund house or insurer.
Commission disclosure
We receive commission from the mutual fund houses and insurers whose products we distribute. Mutual fund investments made through us are in Regular Plans. Direct Plans of the same schemes, with lower expense ratios, are available to investors who invest without a distributor. Details of the commission we receive are available on request.
Mutual fund risk
Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks. Read all scheme-related documents carefully. Past performance may or may not be sustained in future and is not a guarantee of future returns.
Insurance
Insurance is the subject matter of solicitation. Coverage, benefits, exclusions, waiting periods and underwriting are subject to the specific policy terms and conditions. Please read the policy wording and sales brochure carefully before purchase.
